Hope the holidays treated everyone well.. Things are moving along around here. The new structure is really coming along. It will be nice to have everything finally done. A couple things for everyone to know. We have switched insurance companies. After sending out several bids it appeared that we were going to be sticking with the same company but we received a bid shortly before our due date that was a little lower with much better coverage. The Board voted to go with the new insurance through IBC and I will be emailing out an info letter with all the details soon. Fyi -The new underwriters for the insurance company will be walking around tomorrow taking pictures and mesurements in case you see someone. Thanks and please watch for that email in the next week or so outlining the details on the new insurance coverage.
